    commercial powder coaters out there that lay it on real heavy and cause problems.

    I have a friend ,where they laid it down so thick, he has NO serial numbers on his frame :banghead:

    Always check out a shops other jobs, before you plunk down any cash.. looks awesome

    Made some good progress in 2.5 hours tonight!

    I am going to run extra grounds but I figured I would make sure the original ground locations were nice and clean anyway, Never can have enough grounding spots!

    Swing arm parts all packed up to go to my buddy's tomorrow and press the new bearings in.
    I couldn't resist having the axle pulls and nuts blinged out while I was at it...

    I asked before and never got an answer... Do these bikes have chain guards? There are none shown in the parts manual but it looks like there are bosses to mount one.

    This gal sure has some long legs! Yes that's why most of us , swap over to 40mm forks, cause the stock one are on the long and thin side.

    When i redid my 80 390CR, I read a Motocross Action issue from back in the day & they bent the forks during their test..that's when i decided
    to put 40mm ones on mine.
