Yes it is a stepped lever that i nickel plated and i love the way it puts the cable inline so with the C-5 it pulls like butter.
I am going to have Motion pro custom build me a cable to better fit the C-5 adjuster.

dont follow me,you know what the Bible says about the blind leading the blind.
No clearance issues with the chain guide as i am running Sidewinders non o-ring 16,000 tensile strenght chain.3.5" Excell rim with 140-80-17 Michelin Anakee tire paddled by scat trak and the chain just clears.

Inner fender gets a thin coat of truck bed liner spray to keep her pliable.

Just recieved my custom made cables from Motion Pro to fit my ASV C-5 pro clutch lever,Clutch cable is the new longetudinally wound design.

Throttle cable to fit new Magura duo 314 composite throttle opening the RB modified JD jetting PWK 38mm air striker carb.

As soon as i get my base gaskets from Cometic .031 and .020 to achieve .030-.040 squish i will mount my newly plated cylinder and coated piston, top is ceramic coated and skirts are dry lube. Thanks to US Chrome for great work.

Hoping to finally smell race gas and bean oil this weekend!

i havnt been on the site for a while and i saw your question.I have been running Blenzall.
I am currently playing with my squish, what do you feel is optimun?
I am running 110 leaded sonoco
What do you feel is the optimum timing for my 430?

Interesting... the only race fuel I can get locally is... Sunoco 110 leaded, so that's what I've been buying. I don't run it straight because my current motor is in a pretty mild state of tune and doesn't need it. About 1 gallon to 4 gallons pump 91 is fine for mine. That's 20% race, so I keep that in mind if I mix a smaller quantity. And I use the Blendzall, too! Must be good 430 karma or something?

I'm pretty happy with a Motoplat at 2.0mm BTDC. For squish I'm not so sure with that piston. Does it have a rolled edge? I don't remember my 430's having that. So I have to make a WAG (wild @$$ guess)... I'd try .040" to start. Run it a while and pull the head and look around. Should see the nice clean perimeter "squish effect" with more/if any carbon in the center. I'll see if I have a good pic of that, but it will probably be from the KTM 540 (hope that doesn't get me thrown outta here!). When are we gonna have a ride report?

So maybe i will try 1/2 race and 1/2 pump.
I have been running 32-1 as i am just riding it around the block and slowly leaning her out.
So would you say .040 + or -.005 be the optimum range for squish?
I am currently running 2.2-2.1 BTDC and it is still not starting as easy as i want it to,so i will push it closer to 2.0 to see if that helps it to light a little easier.
WAG? i thought that you were the guru of squish?

Well this is it for now, time to get it all dialed in and broken in.
I ended up not using the custom made dyno port Silencer as it was originally made for my stock up pipe but it is incredibly quieter than my stock silencer and WAY lighter!

I will be selling it if anyone out there is looking to replace their stock unit. This has a custom down spout with special holes drilled in it and a custom bend to reduce noise by an additional 2 decibels. He was right, super quiet without sacrificing power.

cant wait to get her all dialed in!
Need to order a thicker base gasket as i am only at .030 squish and even with the manual decompression release that is still to tight.Slowly getting the jetting leaned out so she starts easier.
