............CH Racing, pending issue, we will see next week which version it is. I have seen (in fotos) a couple different X-Lite versions on the factory bikes (This is a one time know someone parts deal).
My next choice is MotoSportz because of the full under frame wrap around coveragetheirs provides, I am looking for coverage around the under foot peg frame gussets. For our hammer rides those frame sections will get slammed/gouged.
Something like this, there are some variations from bike to bike (Juha, Meo) from what I've seen.

robertaccio, We have tried the motion pro tube. It does not compare to the stock Domino. The mp tube got a nice crack/split down it from a get off. To brittle I think. We just got a Domino tube for like $12 shipped from a site you must know. Top of the page here: http://www.offroadchampions.com/

Did you guys use this one (the Titan tube) or their cheaper plastic one. This is the one (Titan tube) thats on my 08 TXC450 (have had no issues with it), It has taken a good beating so far

The Domino is a high quality piece and looks like they have a layer of dry lube built into it, I just never thought to get one as a replacement, Thanks R

I am buying the Domino OEM replacement. Thanks

only a couple more items, alloy skid plate on the way (bullet proofing), red FlexxBar pad (bling), Domino OE replacement throttle tube, ProTaper-Pillow top grips (my latest fave).

race sag is at 100mm and static at 18mm my weight is down and needs more drop, want to see 100-30 and I will be very happy. (any comments on that formula?)

I think I'm up to 5 rides now, Ill lose count soon..... the thing is amazing. Some of our rock sections Im still tip toeing a little until the full coverage Alloy plate is on, but with this bike Im seeing the line options open up more for hopping over stuff and clearing ugly stuff. (6 lbs off my tank ass and dropping, 214)

I changed my diet to very few drive throughs, no caffeine, as little soda, back away from the yummy donuts as much as I can manage and dropped 15 pounds ASAP. I am about 195 now and can feel it when riding. Looking to pack less stuff too (back / knees). Feeling good, riding hard.

It was the older, pre Titan tube on her 310. I didn't even know of the Titan tube untill you mentioned it.

Hey robert now that it is done and looking good Time to come to a National Hare and Hound You missed another good one 4 Aces was great the second loop was as tuff as any i have rode. Tuff but doable my bike still looks good.Check out the results on mototalley a lot of DNF But not the Husky finished every race I have entered since 2006.There is nothing better then finishing a race you had to work at.

Insanity works wonders for me, exercise wise, plus like Motosportz said, cut back on the nasty stuff (tastes sooo good though).....I know its hard to do in SoCal, with all the great food options we have here.

Plus Rob, our Italiano/Hispanic heritage doesn't help (we like to freakin eat!!!)

I need to take the 2fiddy out for a run.....Cant let you you get faster than me out there, been doing big bike stuff in Baja lately, but need to hit the single track soon. Let me know, Mitch.

John truth is I think I have no intention to do any H&Hs on the 310 the TXC450 was better for those I think.......but I do have some of those nasty sections forever burned into my mind and a X-Lite would help to get through that stuff. Just the WFO sections on the little 4T motor..... I guess I will need a WR250/300 for the H&H stuff.
We are really close to going to do the BORCS (ha ha) race near Tecate on Sat at 1000, Mitch call me.

I got my skid plate it's heavier gauge than I imagined. Super Bullet proof (but heavy). Will install it this week. besides tire choice that is the finishing touch on TE310!
Also the new stator cover gasket, cover screw and some 3 bond 1211 around the wire feed-through grommet has kept the oil in, (it was an oily dirt mess in some of the first few photos)

The Titan tube is really a nice piece (It's on my 08 TXC450), but I did just receive my Domino from OffroadChamps! So it's all good! Thanks R

CH Racing Skid plate......HD equipment for sure. Installation was a snap, my only concern was that I retained my crankcase breather return line to the drain barb fitting and needed to be sure not to use an over length screw that would interfere with the fitting or the hose (found a good length screw and red lock tited both of the under mount screws). Everything clears perfectly, also I cut 4 pieces of old CV4 rad hose for frame to plate insulation at 4 contact points on the chassis.

added pirelli scorpion pro FIM rubber with michelin mousses. zipty just redid my shock and I used a heavier race tech spring, the one they call out in their specs for my weight, I now have the magic sag numbers correct and bike carves even better.
the motosportz disc guard is a dnf saver for sure
installed a Titanium TC250 muffler but retained the dB/sparky end cap to keep the noise decent
also installed the 2012 TXC310 injector and ECU, bike runs smoother and revs out cleaner (its a TXC310 now) I did run it for 2 trail rides in open can condition and it doesnt run much different with or without the dB cap (so in it stays)
very happy with the KYB open chambers for the rocky stuff we do they are plush and handle HSCD hits really well without deflection, they do have Race tech gold valves in them.
I have not and probably will not install a damper on my steering, the bike is that stable and settled even in the crap.

I recently rode a 2011 TE 310 for a short distance on some forest roads. I prefer the 50mm Zokes on my 510, but the rest of the 310 was magic. The 310 ripped with my ~225lb's on it. If the power dropped out of the meat it just took a twist and no down shift to get it singing again and stearing with the rear. The 2013 with the red head, and batteryless efi is something I can not stop dreaming of. Husky hit the nail on the head with the x-lite 310.

Changing oil I did a f up and stripped the hex on my drain plug hose barb fitting, ordered both a hose barb TE and standard TC oil plug. I think I am going to redo my breather system. Leave the atmospere vent as is, from catch tank(frame backbone) highest point to K&N breather filter (because I dont like oil vapor fouling my intake). Then put the crankcase hose onto the lowest point on the catch tank (frame backbone) so any liquid oil will always come back and drain into the valve cover breather and simply cap off the center fitting.

Misery loves company ... truth be told ... I recently stripped the hex on my drain bolt too and replaced it. While waiting for the new one (about a week) I went ahead and did a (partial) oil change by just removing the vent hose with the front wheel up in the air. If I remember right about 700cc of oil came out.

It took some skill with the vice-grips to get the old one out (with the bike on it's left side). I made a note to myself to be VERY careful with the wrench from now on.

I ordered one of the modified ones that "railwayrog" is selling in "cafehusky" classifieds. Just need to find his original post on it and figure out how to install it on the vent hose. Here it is: http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/te310-oil-drain-plug-mod.21047/#post-198379

left fork oil leak, noted a couple of small rock scapes on the tubes, been there with other bikes. will need polish and they should seal fine. Forks will come off this week and up to ZipTy along with the clutch basket for mod/update. Bike works great and is now in final configuration except for the up coming crankcase vent re-mod and the aplication of CV4 fuel tank insulating material. took a couple of fotos and will post the final config fotos.
