In the MXA article, SP mentions a 690, so maybe that will be a DS bike. I doubt we'll see 350 and 500 DS bikes.

Why... you have them now... 310 & 5xx. What would be the point of cutting out a market like that ?

    Day and a half now.

I'm just making a guess, from what they did previously with Husaberg, dropping the DS 570 model. I'll gladly be proven wrong.

Also, as the brand grows, so will this forum. It could double over the next year.

As far as the forum goes, people will go where they can find what they want / need. KTMTalk, ADVrider, CafeHusky, BMWMOA, even ThumperTalk all serve their purpose. Their are enough people who venture back and forth between the forums like I do to make it a non-issue in my mind. If people are looking for KTM LC4 info over at KTMTalk, they are often referred to ADVRider because there is an abundance of information there. When someone shows up at CafeHusky with an issue on a KTM based 2014 Husky, they will probably get pointed to KTMTalk as it may be a carryover issue from 2013 KTM / Berg models. Folks with Italian or Swedish Huskys will continue to be referred here from other sites. Sites gain and loose members based on the quality of the conversations in the forums. If you don't want this site to grow any bigger, just refuse to embrace the post-Cagiva models. I don't see larger forum membership as an issue as long as the infrastructure can handle it. The only real downside is that the larger the population is, the greater the chance of a d-bag finding their way in. When that happens, there is always the housekeeping button and the ability for mods to ban individuals, give a time out or put them on probation. Rivalries in motorsports are best when they are friendly. The forums should be no different. OK - that was enough rambling

    Well said RXC -
Will the new Husky's actually 'be' Husky's or not may be debated by purists but the brand will probably flourish. I know quite a few hard core riders who are old enough to remember the original Husky's and would love to ride a Husky but have chosen other brands to ride. One recently bought a Husa300 and another a Husa500 - and a few more are sounding pretty excited to see the new Huskies. I predict the crowned H bikes will be warmly received.

funny statement, the Italian Huskys really are Huskys but not to the people that believe a company has no right to sell it's business to others, the company that created the motorcycle division was taken over by bean counters and as such it was specifically a fiscal decision and nothing personal, now to the die hard fans they are not true blooded because they were mixed with Cagiva blood
so I find myself on two of the forums here pretty regular, I have 3 Husky 430, a 500 and 250 of 85-88 vintage and bought a 93 360 on a lark, really did like it but bought a KTM 380 at that time too, now let me be clear I am a KTM fan but prefer the handling of the Huskys as better for what I do, that said the 380 was an awesome bike, so much easier to start and jetting (Kiehin) was a snap, but here is a twist of events the KTM had a 5 speed and the Huskys had 6 speeds and I prefer the extra cog so I opted to sell the KTM, since then my KTM buddy has switched to the Husaberg line and they really are more tuned for my style so I am looking forward to seeing the end result ;)

well kids one more exciting BS day and the cat will be out of the bag, so enjoy the conjecture

so currently there is a tab for 2 stroke (which infers Italian) and Vintage Left Kickers which infers old
so that said will there need to be a new Kusky tab :D
