hats off to the little beasty Honda , we did 2 laps of that course it got knock down drag out for the second half of loop 2 as the rain really started coming down and got colder, it was dig deep time. My 310R was stalling in those dips and really pissing me off, I just clutch fanned it , made good lap time on lap 2. we should see similar conditions this saturday. PS i use FIM scorpion pros to get trials like traction on wet rocks, hope the GT216 maintains grip on that stuff.
wow I admit Im surprised at the same time no....L1 29.6mile, L2 34.5 mile, L3 36.9 mile..... I imagined L1 and 2 in the 30-40 range with L3 25-30 shorter harder, instead it will be longer and harder----living up to the LAMC mantra Larga y Dura this is going to be a ball breaker enduro, old school high dnf rate.
Jake M-----Lista para la Carrera!!! FYI rain started yesterday and has been fairly constant from yesterday PM through this AM !!! we are in for the best N. Baja conditions!! I am so happy for the long range visitors to have this opportunity to rail Tecate under moist/zero dust conditions. This is when its the best of the best!! I was afraid of another bad rep dust ride, but you guys picked a good year to come on down!!!
Jake, stepped seat on the (mini) Bumble Bee?........our crew member Andy(ISDE vet) made one for his 150XC as well. You guys lock yourselves in it and pin it!!!
