    problem is im very clueless about the feel of the AER forks or other brands of air forks. I dont doubt the tech if done right, shoot F1 cars use (small volume) air chambers for valve control on those F1 engines spinning at 20k rpm (no valve springs).

    Pardon me on reviving this thread. But I'm intrigued to hear more recent impressions of the AERs. I've been riding mountain bikes with front and rear air suspension for 20 years, so the air part doesn't scare me.
