Press conference was interesting yesterday. Not much attention on J. Anderson. What will Reed do this season? Any guesses on where he’ll end up in points? Also his Husky to me looked like 2017? No?

if Reed runs the whole season, I'd guess he'd end up 9th. ...and I would be happy with that. it's all dependent on him making the show and the main. If he breaks the top-10 more than 1-2 times I bet he gets a lot of sponsors pouring in.

some reedy fans were upset about the move JA pulled on him... but not me. if you watch a turn before, he blocked-passed Jason (clean pass) but left himself open on the next finish line right hander. fair game. I would've loved for him to win that last sx.

as Robert pointed out, he's running KYB on his husky. that did not faze me but apparently it's causing some controversy.

I posted this yesterday on the reed thread:

I saw an interview with CR22 today (racerX, I believe)... he did not come out and directly say it, but it sounds like just making the night show is gonna be regarded as a win.

probably planning to race himself in to shape over the series. I hope he's up in the top ten asap- I doubt his ego could handle not making the show or the main too long.

oh yeah.. one mo': Goose is his mechanic! he's got a driver.... but that's the entire team. I guess Elly will clean goggles too- while watching the 3 kids.

A1 prediction: Eli, Marvin, Baggett, JA, Jeremy Martin, KR.

whoa... KR just upped his game. in the 1st session, he was 6th fastest (Eli was 1st). in the 2nd, he was fastest. Barcia and Anderson looking good too

OTOH- qualifying does not always tell the story. but if KR has his endurance, I'd say he's back.

(Reed was 18th then 19th... not bad. he never qualifies well either)

Barcia, was looking good all day. I just saw Kenny was fasted in the 2nd. Let’s see how that arm holds up now with guys chasing he down. Go J. Anderson love his style. And he’s going to be quick tonight.

JA wins heat race. Eli was catching him after a bad start. JA was very winded during post race interview. See what happens in the main. Wilson went over the bars hard in his heat, no show for the main. Eli was leading then crashed in the main. 1Musquin 2Anderson 3Barsha 4Roczen.......Reed finnished 15th ish.

Wanted Anderson to get it but #2 ain’t half bad. How about Roczen grabbing 4th. Tomac had it rough after the crash.

Over all I enjoyed it . The track seemed smaller than usual /shorter . Or is that just because they spend more time cutting to new shots . Although the track was featureless apart from the finish line Jump and the bit back on to the start straight . The rest all looked the same .

kr doesn't have too much to worry about looks like. Barcia might've saved his career. Peick was impressive. Blaggett seemed like he was making a move and then started going backwards. Eli had a wardrobe malfunction. Reed has gotta be happy with a 15th (but knowing him: nope. might pull in a few sponsors though)

    pretty good show.

450 class night show was nice. I liked it also. I was hoping JA would catch Marv. I think barcia would have falling to 4th if there were a few extra laps. I feel like he never has the stamina to sustain a full race. Poor D. Wilson. I hope he's ok? lol Tomac wordrobe malfunction. He's fast nonetheless. The guy hangs it out. And right, what to say about Kenny? I think he'll be on the top step soon enough.

I enjoyed the race. The pants issue was so embarrassing for tomac he dropped out... wtf? Later they changed their story and said he was fighting a nagging shoulder injury...? Not the start he hoped for but he'll make it up. Roger has to be a happy camper.

After the crash the first thing he does is pull his pants up. It hurt watching him stopped, trying to get his pants buckled :banghead: I would guess everytime he stood up his pants came down and even sitting must have been difficult.
He had to be hurting to quit though. C'mon! give the guy a break. Big question for me is why is a million dollar man like that not wearing shoulder armor? Also, I didn't see KR wearing an elbow/arm guard, just a wrist brace...WTF?

In the post race interview Roczen's hand looked like Roy Munson's rubber hand in the Woody Harelson movie Kingpin. Maybe we need to start calling him Ken Munson because of his one armed epic comeback

That's a trick looking brace. My son wears the Mobius knee braces and loves them. He claims they saved his knees more than once in the first year.

Really cool looking brace. Not like the ones barcia use to wear. I can definitely see how this could help with support.

Thought it was interesting when Webb and Roczen had their little exchange in heat 2. Roczen definitely had a few squirrelly moments haha
