    Hi Michel,
do you really use a 166 R-6 Needle jet ?
That´s very rich for this bike !

    With the 6DH20 ( 3. clip position ) needle i use in my 430 max. a 166 R-0 ( by colder as 15° Celsius ) or a 166 Q-8 by warmer as 15° Celsius.
I live also in approximately 280 Meters high.
    The rest is how following:
    2.5 slide
    6DH20 3rd clip
    420 main
    45 pilot jet
    air screw 1,5 turns

Michel, I'm still working on my jetting as the bike runs rich up to 1/2 throttle, I went from a 40 pilot to a 35 and will test it this weekend. The top end seems to pull well with the 430 main, but Nikel might be right, too rich, want to get the bottom end cleaned up before I start on the main.
