That aluminum box is good, has good volume you need. I wonder how it seals?

I think i will order one to check out, I was worried about them being heavy . an aluminum box would be much easier to build , just use braising sticks and a torch. They probably seal really well , I have seen them with rubber seals.

Yea, it's as heavy as my aluminum one. That's what finally pushed me over the edge to cnc machined breathers. They will be extremely light weight and have the baffles machined in, one solid aluminum billet.

Slightly ashamed that this is my first post here on CH, in that I have spent a lot of time reading and using thoughtful ideas and haven't provided any feedback. -Other than the good vibes blasting from my tailpipe!

    Cheers to Coffee!

Tinken, I don't think I have read anything this lengthy since I passed my last class of edjimication! Really appreciate all your incite on this thread and others, and looking forward to see what you have come up with for the new breather location/kit. You can count me in on your product. I'm pretty sure I have come close to cooking the torque limiter a couple of times and have always thought this motor sounded a little too clangy with the amount of oil that will STAY in the motor. Looking forward to running at least the designed amount of oil!

Rearwheelin, If we are unimpressed with Tinken's design, I think we can order that box in ano at the HD Pro Desk right?

Any possible way we can start a how to thread on this? Perhaps just an explanation of what the problem is, and the principle items needed for a solution? I know the majority of this information is in this thread, but putting it together with all the "noise" is a challenge (and beyond my patience level).

Thank you for posting, I am honored your first post is here. It may be awhile before I get machine time for my actual breather bottles (few weeks), but I assure you that my billet chambers will be worth the wait :)

LoL exactly. I can't make the machinist go any faster, believe me, I feel the same way. I did however cut in line with the breather vent mod, those will be ready this week.

    Tinken, Motosportz,

Both of you suck as project managers...Learn from the guy with the big sword...just buy more CNC machines+machinists...quite simple!
