Wow...your turn signal looks like it's almost touching the pipe! Or is it just a funny angle that makes it look so close? Have you had any melting issues with that set-up? One thing I like about my Leo Vince is it's a tad shorter than the stocker so it's not so close to my signals. I guess I should make that the singular "signal" since I don't know exactly where the other one is right at the moment :busted:

    Just the angle.

I was thinking the same thing as I looked at the picture. But it's not actually very close at all, must be the angle I took the photo at. I have done a number of multi hour rides and it hasn't been a problem.

I do have one of the much smaller euro rear turn signals which should definitely get it was out of the area of the pipe but the right side one is back ordered, and has been for months now so no clue when I can put them on.

The design is so much better and more durable than the DOT moped parts bin ones they throw on the US bikes. Small aerodynamic and flexible. I can't wait for the other to show up so I can use them.

Have you tried the resistor mod? I would be interested in how much difference it would make on the top end. I don't mind the looks of the arrow pipe.

Yep, did all three at once.

Yeah, I had the O2 plug put in the exhaust and resistor plug put in the harness at the same time as the pipe was going in so they could use an iBeat and tune the whole thing at once. Supposedly the setup was worth about 60rwhp, or up about 10 from stock, so not bad at all. I just really like the midrange power it has now.

Not very bling looking but seems to work really well, and it's also much cooler than the stock catted one, man that pipe got hot.

You should be able to put your old spark arrestor in the Arrow. Held in with the circlip.

Well, that's the way it worked in my 08 TE 250 when I put on the Arrow.

ETA just guessing the SM has one. Maybe not.

Don't have it on the 610. Different pipe all together.

I just put an Up-Tite can on my bike and the difference from stock is amazing! If I'd have known then what I know now, I would have put a new can on before I ever rode the thing.

The first thing I noticed is that the warm up "stutter" was gone.

With the stock can on, the bike would stall when I first started her unless I massaged the throttle while working the choke. Now the bike starts no problem and idles away un-attended until it's warmed up and ready to ride.

Its bark is considerably louder, but isn't over the top when you're just cruising around. When you go full boil is when you really notice it, but even then it didn't seem too loud.

The Up-Tite can is shorter and moves the pipe back far enough so that the turn signal is no longer an issue. It also seemed to keep the bike running cooler, but that might be my imagination. It sure felt like there was less heat coming of the bike when I rode it. Fit and finish was tits.

An increase in power was very noticeable, but the thing that I really took note of is how much lighter the bike felt. Just a few pounds of the back end but wow, difference was incredible.

    Ditto on the stutter, FTC!

I have a Leo Vince on mine and Eric has been playing with the jetting a lot since he put it on. He's a jetting maniac and has the roadracer's mentality of "it can always be better" and he's been right so far  He shortened the duration of the fuel squirt and it is running nice and crisp! I rode it today for the first time since he did it and the main thing I noticed is no more messing around when firing it up, it just sits there idling smooth as silk, waiting patiently for me to hop on and have some fun:)

I am absolutely certain that I would lose my license pronto if I were riding this machine every day instead of my SV :busted:

I'm going to ride it to work tomorrow...whee!! :applause:

Plus one  i also have the arrow pipe on my 09/610TE. A friend of mine has the stock pipe --gutted 0n his 610. The other day my wife mentions to me --his bike does not sound BUTCH at all--Why she asks ? Quickly had to hide the original pipe in my workshop--did not tell her i put a aftermarket Arrow pipe on from day one------My reply--he is still running in his bike
