    they are very tasty, have had Baked snake on the floating restaurant at Swan hill a few times. sweet meet, a few bones if they arn't filleted right.....

    I nearly forgot about that floating paddle steamer, I lived in Swan Hill in 1971-72 and was very familiar with that boat! The pioneer settlement it was called back then.

    still is I think.... been years since I was up there. we used to do the Boonoonaro Enduro...4 hrs flogging around the sand and mallee roots on a track at Boundary Bend.....usually with Thor style Hangovers.....
