2. turn right to avoid collision
3. the struggling rider has the right of way

the struggling rider IS the right of way...straight over the top if the bike is past 45 degrees lean. I hate polishing knobby marks of my tank and sidecovers

I have been run over a few times, jumped on, and I don't think anyone ever turned right to avoid me...
