I was only referring to a size comparison not performance.

I'm about 6 foot. Fit me fine, yes small but feels good. Its layout is different than the x-light. More thin like a trials bike and EZ to move around on. Seat is like a 449/511 and lots of space. I liked to sit down on it and ended up near the rear of the seat but the bike continues to handle great and did not seem to mind at all even when cornering. The thing handles silly good. Next level shit ha ha ha. The ergonomics for me were never an issue or thought when riding. The lack of a tank makes the front very thin.

I like everything about this report except the 6'-4" guy looking silly since I am 6'-3".... But I guess all us tall guys look goofy on a dirt bike unless you are Cody Webb, he is a little taller than me. 95% percent of customer base will love the smaller size.
Not worried about parts availability, AJP has been in business 27 years and more well known around the rest of the world. Just up to us dealers to stock the parts, and I am sure we will find some crossover pieces.

Muffler I had here that fit freaking perfect! You can also take the cap out of the end of the stock can which is a nice unit.

Sounds almost too good to be true...a great bike at a fantastic price that doesn't require a shopping list of stuff to make it ready to ride. Whoooda thunk it? Now that you flogged it and had a chance to look it over after the weekend, you find anything that came loose, broke, etc.?
PLEASE tell your importer that us Komifornia pukes need this bike! While my old IT is doing a fine job, I think my honey will eventually need something modern to transition to in the future.

Buy one and give it to me. I'll make it street legal and even put 9000 miles on it or whatever you guys need to transfer the title from out of state. Lol

I can just imagine strolling into the DMV and trying to get it registered...

"AJP, uhhhh sir that doesn't show up on our system, ahh yes, well here's the problem...I see that they haven't been given the opportunity to bribe the folks in Suckramento yet. In fact, I have no idea how flexible you need to be in terms of grabbing your ankles, because the price you seem to have paid is far below the normal prices and we've gotta find a way to make up for that. Nope, can't help you...next please."

I'm pretty impressed with the ride report and the way the bike looks. I have to think that these bikes will sell very well where they are available. I'm interested to see how they hold up in the long run. By the looks of them they look pretty sturdy. I'm particularly interested in how the sub frame and other components around it hold up.

Nope. And this is a used demo with about 700 miles on it now. Has the new tight bike feel still.

The front brake line (a very nice braided steel one with a cover I might add) started to saw the clutch cable some. My fault in routing it wrong on assembly. Kick stand flopped around crossing whoops at 40 mph. All bolts are tight and everything as it should be. BTW the hardware is very nice and fits great and has nice threaded inserts and everything.
