Heh, 3d printing isn't really at a point where it's easy for me to churn those out in bulk. Once the design is perfected, I might be able to do something. It's pretty easy for me to swap extrusions mid print and make the crown red as well. I didn't even think of doing that.

Yeah...v2.0 is hollow, but v1.0 didn't interfere with the swingarm bolt at all. When I sketched them up yesterday, I did not have my bike to measure from, I just used the .75 and 1.25 measurements mentioned before.

I will grub on some lunch real quick and put in the slits you want. Here is some of v2.0 (H centered better and a chamfer added to the on edge...

v2 looks sick. Black background with the red. It would be exciting to see on the bike when finished. Not trying to copy your unique work but I am still down in case any one decides to make v2.

The swing arm ones were a mm or two off and the steering stem one was way off (all easily fixable pre-printing.)
They look really cool though, can't wait to see the final v2.

    v2.1

It has tabs for gription and little slots on the sides to get a small screwdrive behind to pop it out of the hole. The slots upper and side edges are rounded so that the prying force is not on a fragile edge.

I like it...dimms have been fixed now that I have a bike to measure from. The pic I just posted is the plug for the swingarm holes so I will work on the steering one next.

The holes of the swing arm bolt loctions on my bike measured 1.237" so I made o.d. of the little contact nub's to be 1.310". The steering head measured 0.78" so I will probably go 0.83" with this part.

I agree with motosportz very cool stuff. I like unique rare items. Thats why I bought this bike. NO one knows what it is. I have friends who have been racing enduro and motorcross and they were just excited to see it as I was. Except they got to see mine lol.

Woo boy, those are going to be fun to print without an industrial STL printer or FormOne.
Going to be some fun support clean up :)

Just started v2.0 build. It will take 21 minutes to complete the build and not even 2 minutes to clean. Easy peasy

    v2.0...

The makerbot material will probably be fine for these dimms but the resin I am currently using is far too rigid for this style of friction mount. i think I am going to go back to the o-ring groove mounting with all of the rest of the 2.0 updates. Besides, the o-ring will keep water out.

To do these on my old SLA7000 would have been a chore. The build time for it was comparable to my Edeb260V but the SLA needed a 45 minute wash after....then remove a ton of supports by hand...then a 45 minute UV cure (depending on there thickness of the part). All the while if I got even the slightest drop of SLA resin on me, I was guaranteed a rash for the rest of the day. The SLA moto was...if your not allergic to the resin now, you will be.

I eventually sold it through a broker for $250K and got a new 260V reduced to $112K. The SLA had a 21x21x21 build limit and my 260V has a limit of 10x10x8 (lwh) inches. The 260V cures the resins as it is building each slice so there is (virtually) no chance of contact with raw resin. The support material is water soluble so a quick spray with a waterjet cabinet is pretty much all it takes for post build. Like I said....easy peasy!

Jughead.. I realized that your breaking pump system is different to my Terra 650. Could be, yours is ABS system??. because not much confidence in oilpipe who
press the rear disc. The exit is not fixed with any ring tie.
