125-200cc Can't get my wre to start???

Easiest way gordon to test is get he multimeter out n see if ur gettin power to where u need it. U know the bike is 12v's to set it higher on the meter and check power outputs. Also check all your plugs for water damage. When i first got this bike i went to maplins n bought some solvent cleaner to clean all contacts as they looked worse for wear. What exactly happens when u turn the key?
