David rode my 08 CR125 Husky and was sold! I told him not to ride it unless he was planning on getting a new bike.

Does CR stand for "crash resistant"?

:thinking:Regarding "crash resistance" It has been explained to me that it is the gyroscopic effect of the rotating wheels that stabilizes a motorcycle. Therefore the faster you go, the more stable you become...right. That's crash resistant...not crash proof.

    Of course!

Went well. Harold was nice enough to stay a little late to answer my myriad of questions. In fact, he was still taking my calls today! :applause:

I'd like to open a can of worms, er uh oil that is!

What are folks running for fuel, oil, and gear oil? Today I actually read my owners' manual. (Just the column that was in english). It called for 98 octane fuel. I bought some. That stuff ain't cheap! I didn't understand what oil to use in the transmission. I called Harold and he said any light viscosity two stroke transmission oil. Maybe it isn't that critical as long as it's in there and clean.

David thats RON 98 thats not for us we run 91-93. I run 93 in all my bikes. On the oil I run Rotella 15w 40 in the white jugs.

That's good to hear. I haven't opened these cans perhaps I can take them back. If not I've got some liquid gold to run in my bike.
