I've got the actual SME sliders front and rear, you might just have to get creative with some slider ends from Ross and some threaded rod. For the pegs, yes the rubber inserts pop right out. I turned the delrin sliders up on my lathe and mill from a bar. There are some options for peg/slider combos out there.
