D803 question....

    That's about 1000 miles of aggressive riding in the rocks, on a 450 KTM. Final trip to CO did it in. Strange thing is the tire still worked great in the rocks, but I was afraid of getting a flat. I rode the last 100 miles on it like that.

    I have since switched to Pirellis and I agree they hold up better. But the 803's are stickier and I run them on my trials bike.

    No, not good on ice or hard pack snow. Makes small hills difficult but I didn't stud mine.
