    As previously stated a Heli coil kit or timesert the holes its easy man,
    You buy a kit and do all at the same time, best part is you effectively have a ten mill thread holding into the ali an your m8 go into the steal insert.

    Really the only option.

    The material it removes wont be much, and i can promise it will hold compared to jb weld.
    If your worried about tapping a thread drill the holes out to the next sized spacer and slam them in an bolt through the lot.

    Thanks guys. Will mark out the hub holes so I know for sure what play I'm dealing with. It looks worse than it is.

    Titman were skeptical about doing it, I don't blame them. If it fuked out their name would be on the job.

    Will do a few practice runs on scrap.
