When doing dirtbike and/or DOT tires searches, some tires just don't come up, you have to search for the specific tire apparently. Some sites seem to carry the fronts but not the rears, which could be found at other sites...

The AC10 and K760 combo might work well for you, then!

Which Karoo did your bike come with? I think there are a few varieties...

    MCE-Karoo rear and MCE-Karoo2 front.

Kyle you don't like the the rear AC-10?

Here's a link to a local shop that sells some house brand tires, Magnum EX/SX, that don't look bad www.dirt-deals.com/magnum-tires

My 2012 TE310 came with Karoo 2's. They sucked off road so I promptly removed them. I got $75 for them. Some knuckle head put a 140/80 rear on mine from the factory. I run a 120 or 110 now. The bike turns much better now.

You will like any of these tires we're talking about quite a bit more than the Karoos, that's for sure.

The AC10 rear works fine, but it doesn't last very long for me. The K760 lasts at least twice as long, and hooks up about as well, so I just use that. I don't really like the K760 front though, so that is why I run the AC10 (or a Kenda Washougal, or something else) in the front.

All of Kenda's MX fronts are DOT. I ran a Millville front on my dual sport bike and it worked great everywhere.

Interesting. I have seen a DOT stamp of some sort on my Washougal, but it was unclear if it meant "street legal" or some other kind of specification.
