    You are quite welcome.

I am waiting to see if anyone is successful in embedding a smugmug video, that is custom code I wrote all by myself a long time ago not available anywhere else as far as I know. :)

Sadly it is not the easiest to use :(

Looks like it works great.

Easy as pie, took me no time at all.

That will only work on this forum right?

Yes, just this forum. I did pass the code onto some people but doubt they have implemented it.

That is Shane, after almost 5 years of me beating him up on the trails he is a great rider now.

He had a bad day Sunday though...

I can't remember the last time I was that frustrated on a bike.

Here you can laugh at my pain now... Shane is back there pushing, while Kelly took my job on the camera..

Yep. The ground was frozen and while you couldn't see it my rear tire was spinning the whole time from when I started pulling away from Kelly. I kept thinking it would hook up eventually, just kept shifting up and keeping on the gas as it was pushing me forward very well, but just wouldn't stay behind me. I came around that corner and the rear end swung out and hit a stump. Game over.

Shane got further up the hill with 175 less cc's :D I got by Shane about 3/4ths the way up that nasty hill and from that point I was going to stop at noting. When I topped it I had time for lunch and camera work. Good times.

    Kelly,
I must be dumb and can't find it in the thread, but what model of GoPro do you have? The HD one is just so expensive and your looks REALLY GOOD and clear! I would really like to have one for memories sake 20 years from now.....be pretty cool to look back on. Also, where is your shooting taken from...I assume you have it mounted on your helmet? Thanks!

    Not Kelly but...

He has the non HD go pro wide angle. If you think the quality on youtube is good you will be shocked at the version straight from the camera.

His is mounted to the front of his chest protector, see it above his camera pouch.

Yep, standard wide angle one. Pretty happy with the quality. Looks very good before youtube compression. I also did not want the huge files and editing time / uploading time the HD one would take this one does what i need and if I destroy it I'm out $150 not $300. Burnt a DVD last night and watched it on the big screen, was like being there but warmer.

Next outing I'm going to mount it to my helmet and get more trail, less bike. Need to figure something out though because on top the helmet will last about 200 feet.

There are probably better options but off the top of my head niterider makes a strap on mount to put there lights on the chin bar of your helmet. You could modify one of those to fit your camera and allow you to take it on and off easily, as well as have some adjustability as it's made to allow aiming a headlight.
