Nice! Exact model/color as my 6x12. I will get some pics of my wheel lock setup today, works real well. I need to put a set of shocks on mine though, way to bouncy. Another thing i did was i tapped 5/16 coarse holes in 2x2 peices of 3/8" aluminum flat bar, used that for the nut on the bottom of wheel clamp hold down bolts, under the floor, then i screwed the big washers to wood so when i pull the bolts and clamps out for any reason i dont have to monkey around under the trailer to get a nut on the bolt.
Nice trailer 10 days between your first post asking about it, and when it is in your possession, that was quick.
I had a file with the logo/husqvarna name. I enlarged it 400% on my computer and printed it out on legal paper. Then used clear packaging tape and covered the paper on both sides, before cutting it out for my template. Used masking tape to cover large area on the trailer panel. Taped the logo on with masking tape in 4 areas to trace. I cut it out with exacto knife and removed inner tape. Wiped the cut out area with with lacquer thinner, then sprayed it with the duplicolor automotive colors (come in premixed quarts). Then removed tape, wiped the areas around the logo down with lacquer thinner out about a foot, then sprayed the premixed clear over it. Maybe I could do a thread on it?
sorry for the delay, here is a few shots of how i set mine up, and the plates under the floor for the wheel locks.
i grabbed it off a telephone pole outside a live music place long time ago, makes me laugh when i see it. Its the "trashy trash DJ's", never seen em, dont actually know who they are? But i would totally wear the tshirt if they had one!
Nice job! I'm sure if you did a thread on your grapics, there would be copycats. Maybe you need more on other parts of the trailer? As a side note: I insulated the inside of the roof on my trailer with some foil lined foam insulation. Makes for a better environment inside, summer and winter.
I will finish the graphics and post it. I saw that insulation inside and picked up on that pointer, thanx! Just got done making a removable bike chock/gas can holder. It was like a sauna in there even with the doors open and I melted.
You can see the ceiling insulation in my pics, i covered every wall, ceiling and all doors with the 1" white foam insulation from lowes. Dont even need to glue it if you cut it kinda tight, it just wedges into place. I covered the walls with 1/2" plywood over that, i would do 3/8 or 1/4 if i did it again to shave a few pounds but the thin stuff is more expensive than the 1/2" standard size. Also, look in the lower corners up front, they put some foam spray to seal it up, they didnt do very well on mine, i used about 3-4 cans of expanding foam on mine durring the remodel to seal up everything.
