I have a powercore 4 on my '13 TE310R along with a JD tuner. It has more power everywhere and I think it runs a little cooler as well. I would have preferred a PCV instead of the JD but they don't make one for it and I doubt they will. I will say the JD tuner works well right out of the box. Definitely gave it more bark off the bottom.
The sound of the fmf slip on is definitely louder than stock but not offensive IMO. Has a nice throaty sound to it.

I have 2013 TE310R with a stock header and a Titanium Leo Vince I got from Husky Australia. It's alot more quieter than the stock muffler even with all inserts removed. I was dissapointed with sound ( was hoping for a more throaty Factory Bark)and as far as power goes I think I have lost some bottom end . Anybody else have a Leo Vince? I had the bike dynoed from new see the HP difference from my 2012 I'm going to put the bike on a dyno and see if I'm right about losing the bottom end . Does anybody have a official Db reading with the full FMF System on? Power Bomb and Mega Bomb, what's the difference?

yeah- I got the same pipe. Except I love it. It added a little power to the bottom end (where I live); it might have taken a tiny bit off the top- but not much, if any, that I could tell. I like the fact that it's even quieter than the stock. And almost 3lbs lighter!

(original post here- it cost $129 new also!).

My son's Q4 on his te511 is louder than hell; even after he bought the insert I still thought it was too loud . I need to be able to poach trails with stealth; this thing helps me stay off the radar.

The slip-on muffler was made for 2010-2012 TE & TC250s... but I didn't have any major problems on my '14 TE310R.

Hey thanks for your reply . When you say yeah you got the same pipe are you talking about the FMF or the Leo Vince? If your talking about the Leo Vince that's a cheap price . Here in Australia my LV Titanium slip on muffler cost me $895 !

I just read your whole thread and see you are saying you have a LV. Interesting you say it's possibly helped bottom end and someone else thinks maybe top end but not quite sure, which is the same impression in getting. I'll let you know how my dyno test goes. Did you get it remapped to suit the LV? I didn't as yet ?

Yeah, I love the LV Ti pipe. I did have my ECU modified months before I got the pipe (but I think the map that ZipTy's used might be called the Leo Vince Map, so maybe this is the pipe it was designed for?).

It is quieter; and I do believe it made a difference lower in the powerband. If I lost anything on top (and really, I can't feel it) it was above 9500-10,000rpms. My bike is a rocket ship; it'll lift the front wheel speed shifting in every gear but 6th... and even then the front gets light. (also, I'm geared pretty low: 12z-51z)

And BTW, the LV pipe retails for above $600 (or $700) here too. When KTM took over, the bottom fell out of market for the pipes for some reason- and it was such a good deal that I picked one up w/o knowing for sure if it would fit a '14 TE310R. Just too good to pass up, even if there was a chance it didn't fit. Turns out it was bolt-on (I guess you read the threads- I tired to let everyone know. hell, I almost bought another... kinda wish I did.)

I would love to see your dyno numbers before and after. I've been guessing 31-32hp before the ecu upgrade, 39-41!?hp after. I don't think the LV Ti added to that maximum (and that's hp at the crankshaft; at the wheel I figure 20-25% loss due to friction, slippage, o-ring & transmission loss etc).

as always, raw numbers don't matter- the change between 'em does. let us know what you find out.
