OK, interesting. Sorry, I don't know exactly what changes the Arrow ECU made from a technical perspective and no explanatory info came with the kit. I'm sure both setups you are considering would work well though.
No worries mate. I will try and track down some info on the Arrows ECU and post back here for interests sake
40 is about the limit with stock chain. However, if you go with a 14 t front a 41 t rear will fit. Why not try a 14 t front first? It may yield the results you are looking for and is cheaper and easier to replace.
I'm plz help I just bought a 2011 husqvarna sms630 I don't know what this hose is coming from the tank is it sapose to be hook up sum where plz help its bothering me ?
Fuel tank vent, it just needs to be open to atmosphere. I put on a longer hose and ran it under the motor.
Thank you I was worried my engine kinda sound like a little ticking noise I just change the oil it only has 1400 Kim's on Ticking might be a swell only 1400kms on it is this a normal sound very light ticking
It's a large single cylinder with big valves, it's going to have some valvetrain noise. Has the valve clearance ever been checked on it? It's probably time for the first check if it hasn't.
I don't think it has been checked yet the guy who owned the bike seamed real anal about his things so he may of had them chequed I appreciate your responses.
HOW CAN YOU HIT 112!!???? I have the p/u kit installed AND the twin titanium arrows w/ECU from special parts catalog, a supersprox Stealth 42t rear sprocket..... AND MY BIKE ELECTRONICALLY CUTS OFF @ 109mph!!! PLEASE LEMME KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THAT!!??
If the difference between the TE and SMS ecus is primarily mapping as suggested earlier in thread, why can't the difference be made up with a Powersurge or powercommander with appropriate gearing mods?
So to re-enlighten this thread, I am going to order a 43t rear sprocket and a 14t front one. Someone any idea how much links I need extra? Also the JDtuner is ordered...
My SM630 has serious on / off throttle stumble: upping the idle circuit, Green / Yellow, to 3.5 or 4 helped some with that.
let me rephrase. it's actually red/blue. reduce the number to fix stumbles/throttle chop hesitation. im at 2 at it works great. super smooth now.
please read this it will help. every engine is different so plan on trying multiple test. http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/jd-tuner-settings.21032/page-15
