I had that experience of racing a honda 600 with a husky 350 before on a gran prix course that included a drag strip and road course. After battling the guy for most of the race and beating him near the end he came up to me and said my 610 was pretty fast, the look on his face was priceless when I told him it was a 350. :)

Clutch primary gear 427,kick idler620 gear, kick gear 391,all big tooth.
These are in the process of being made.
Most of the early rod kits rods are done but still sourcing good silver cage needle bearings(only thing so far is chinese just won't go there.
    Having some more gaskets made.
Making some tooling for rubber parts as in carb to airbox connections.
Just a lot in the works.

I ran near all these pipes over the past years, '96 410 had stock, Malcolm Smith (basically a SuperTrapp), then finally a BigGun which I liked most out of those, '98 610 had an UpTite system, TE400 had an FBF. My Uptite was best and just fit perfect, with the FBF being second, as huskyFatman mentioned.

Currently have an unrestricted end cap stainless GPR can with stock headers, on the '00 TE410. It's ok, but likely have some jetting to sort out.

George, can you do a full system for this bike (00410), and if so, any ideas on gains over stock or over what I have roughly now?

Would be nice to have a proper full system on this bike you know. Uptite's can't be beat on these older single cammers!

Note: To the OP, BigGun might have something for you in their coffers of old designs, if not George maybe as mentioned....

You know, that's the smartest thing I've heard all day!! How in the heck did I not come to this same conclusion?! Nice man!! Thanks for looking out for me. I did leave a message for George...maybe he'll hook me up for such! haha

Doing ok! Just thought I've been putting too much money in my other projects and the huskys have been ignored. I'm changing that now, so glad these great threads are popping up to remind me of these bikes' amazingness, all of which I know you fully appreciate too! Good to see you on here too Don!
