If ya wanna impress Jarvis, here's a stationary exercise that not one student was able to pull off.....
Standing still, engine off and kickstand up. You're on the bike with both feet on the pegs and rear brake locked...now bounce the front forks like a pogo stick and try not falling over. It's more impressive when Jarvis can rotate left or right without tipping. Nail this and he'll like that.
His forks are set super soft and keeps his settings "somewhere in the middle", and it looks like you got the same bike he used for our Academy.
