Really cool, nice to see some pics of it. Wish mine would have come that complete. Great start anyways. Shame to sell, but she shouldn't be to hard to bring back.

I have posted a few videos of the bike on youtube. (username victorfrisbee) There is a video walk around for the left and right sides as well as a video of the left and right sides while the bike rolls in gear with the sparkplug removed. I did the rolling videos to allow people to hear the engine and trans in motion.

That bike should be saved/rebuilt, and could be easily.
