I bought my first motorbike a Lambretta scooter, never seen an other one in the street, except in the garage for repair. Then Suzuki and Honda and there are a lot out there. Now I got my Husqvarna TR650 Strada, I did not see one other TR650 yet on the street. Only at the dealer where I bought mine. Almost nobody I speak even know the brand, only for chainsaws and grassmower machines. We are unique and a rare bunch of unknown people ;-) Regards, John
I saw five including mine at a rally in Arkansas this spring. I have only ever seen one besides these on the road. Left to right: Njoytheride, BigDog, Me, High Five, Whizzy
I talked to a guy on a Terra last weekend at Hunter Mtn (Color in the Catskills), but I forgot to ask if he posts on CafeHusky.
In SPAIN it could be no more than 20 terras and stradas.. i hope.. so far no one has crossed my terra on roads neither dirt tracks
I've never seen another Terra besides mine. I saw a Strata at the BMW dealership once. That's it. With as many adventure bike that roll through Vegas I thought I'd have seen one. Almost infinite F800s and bigger BMWs with an occasional g650 of various favor. There were 6 sold here and I know one left to CA. I guess I'm the only freakshow in town;-)
I thought I spotted one with a Safari tank last Thursday or Friday heading north on Barrenjoey Road, Mona Vale
Saw another Terra on the Grand Ballon mountain pass in the Vosges region, France. Anyone from on the forum?
Rumor is that there is another in Modesto, CA, USA, but I have never seen it. Also have never seen another Terra or Strada. The 2 new dealers (both 1 1/2 hours from me) have only seen mine (and they are "what in the hell is that thing?")
I saw 5 at the ADV SLAP Rally last year. One from Illinois, One from Oklahoma and the rest from Arkansas. I think the term is a "gaggle" of TR's
And 10 there were... TEN!! More pics here http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/aus-melbourne-tr-muster-2014-kinglake-29-nov.45310/page-2 from post # 31 Most even managed a ride together that afternoon. Boy, it was fun!! Gotta do another one!
Terra trio... Three of us in the Phoenix area met up recently to compare bikes, swap stories, and ride up to the FAA radar tower north of Cave Creek... roughly 5200 ft. elevation. If anyone else in Arizona is interested in meeting up, send us a note!
I met a guy with a Terra from Vancouver WA at the Portland International raceway. And in a nearby the apt complex, I stumbled across another Strada.
