Husqvarna 610 weird engine clattering! HELP!

if is the automatic chain tensioner changed for one thats manual +2.

So has anyone found the problem yet? my bike 07 is making the same sound except its constant and its louder when i sit on the bike.

We make a manual chain adjuster, I know the automatic one doesn't work properly.

Do you sell them? how much? and do i order through ziptyracing.com?

tensioner 100% or chain guide

I would suggest you check the engine mount bolts. My TE250 were loose and I had this weird vibration/sound above idle, light throttle or decelerating! Once I tighteneed them - night and day difference! I had gone through the entire bike looking, thinking it was chain slap, chain rollers, chain guide, thought it was severe piston slap - was dreading that it was in need of a rebuild.
