How did you moint your cdi? I have a wr/cr rear fender but it doesn't have a cdi mount 8-)

Also does your bike have a cdi and rave unit or just a cdi?

Looks beautiful by the way 8-)

My rear fender have the husqvarna code "80C0H0803", i think it's specific for WRE/SMS model.

Until now i didn´t change anything in CDI, I will check with my mechanic if my bike have rave unit and then a tell you.

    thanks for the comment :)

When you fotted the 36mm carb

What did you do with the tps from the standard carb? Does the oil pump still function correctly?

Currently looking to find a rear fender like yours for mine 8-) I have the code so just a case of finding a seller in the uk

That model has still the oil pump fitted on the engine and not a electric one so I even doubt that this one had a TPS

    hi creamsodauk,

I removed the autolube, if it's that you want to mean with "oil pump".

i don´t now if my bike have tps, but i will check it. ;)

yes now with the code i gave you it's easier

42 rear teeth seems incredibly high, I run 13 to 51 with same bike, what size is the front sprocket?

When I bought my bike it cames with 13-48. Then I change from 48 to 40. With 13-40 I could only reach top speed 158 km/h(+/-) if I low up.

Now with the new rear sprocket 42 (13-42) the bike get's easily top speed 150km/h (+/-)

Mine is still in standard trim but last week I changed from 49 in the rear to 52 (front is 14)

with the 49 in it dropped out of the power band with shifting a gear also riding and having a head wind affected the speed greatly

I bet you get the 150 Km/h only when you have no head wind with a strong breeze the 6th gear could not be effective to pull through to the powerband (assuming that you bike is in standard trim)

yes with strong head wind can´t reach the top speed, i get 140km/h (+/-), but in normal conditions i reach with no problem. with 40 rear sprocket and strong head wind i can get 130km/h. but i don't ride many times with bad weather...

My bike have "stock" engine, the only changes are:
    - autolube removed
    - Carb 36mm
    - pipe + silencer FMF

This month i´m thinking of buying VForce3. what do you think about it?

I would think that would be already standard on the bike (which year is yours?)

I will convert mine in a 165 trim with all the extras for the engine department
CR ignition fatty 200 pipe and lectron
I want to keep the Auto lube option but if that is not possible then that is the sacrifice

I mainly ride in urban area with the SM, getting it above a speed of 110 Km/h here is not safe on the roads (to many idiots)

when I want to ride that I have to do that of road with my WR (that's more or less the top speed of that bike)
