there is a KTM 125 Doma on eBay right now for $70. That would work but you would need to modify the inlet and mounting points. GREAT pipes. I ran one briefly on the WB165 and it felt good but needs jetted leaner. Tim said his worked real good as well.

OK, I want one. I've got a 2004 KTM200 as my back up bike but this looks like way too much fun. Please post some close ups of the motor and pipe when you get time. What year range WR-125 would I need to buy to mate with the 165 kit ?

Heck I may get a new 2011 or 2012 WR and put the WB165 on it. I have the older frame with my 08 CR WS144 now and "hear" the new frames are better than the 08's. Anybody want to comment on this?

1998 and later all will work. All 125 and 150 models. I think Kelly posted close ups of his bike with the pipe and motor earlier in this thread.

Newer frames +. If you have the older frame makes enourmous difference to have proper sags, spring rates and valving. My 08 250 sticks like glue, turns on dime, doesn't deflect and takes a lot less energy to race.

I think the 09 and up are far better bikes turning and feel wise IMHO.

    - If anyone wants this kit send me an Email. We only have so many in the works and you need to get your name on one if you seriously want it. Thanks.

I figured the newer 09 ups were better. My 2010 TC250 feels better than my 2008 CR. I was hoping it was due to the TC being a 4-stroke and a little heavier etc. I'll start looking for a 2011 as I don't care for the silver rims on the 12's. Thanks guys.

Here are some pictures of the modified pipe. Again.....Im not a good welder at all. If it all holds up I plan on getting it plated as long as its not too costly. The KTM pipe is tweaked pretty good from what I can tell but there is only one small dent. It didnt take a lot of time to complete this. I had to remove the spigot and stinger from the OEM pipe. I needed to extend the stinger so I cut the stinger off a boogered up OEM YZ250 pipe and used that. Just had to weld it in backwards. Then I cut the mount off the top of the KTM pipe, reshaped it, and welded it to the bottom to match up with the WR mount. Pretty????? Not really but it fits great and hopefully it works!

The top picture shows the WR spigot inside the KTM spigot then welded in place and ground even so it fits in the cylinder. The second picture is the OEM WR stinger cut off and mounted so that I can tack it in place. You can see in the same picture that the OEM YZ250 stinger is flipped around and welded to the KTM pipe. Then it just slid right onto the WR stinger. Third pic is the KTM mount in the stock location. I cut it off and in the next few pics you can see I just moved it to the bottom and tacked it in place. Then I took it off the bike and completed the weld. When it was re-mounted it fits perfect. The bottom pic is the YZ250 stinger after I welded it to the KTM pipe. Here is a pic of the finished product. Yes......I am a garage hack!
