In Sweden they have roadside license plate readers. It is part of a system that calculates time lapse between points and then calculates your speed. The system then mails a speeding ticket to the home of the vehicle owner if a violation is recorded. If it is a rental car, I am told the speeding ticket is waiting for you when you return your car and must be paid at drop off.
Got that. It's the fart kontrol thing I don't understand. Better to let it out and feel the shame than hold it in and feel the pain.
