    I was thinking of a cheap auto battery warmer to keep the carb warm. Any kind of duct/shroud to keep snow off and funnel a bit of engine heat in would work. Cam.

    Keep in mind the stock KTM Keihin carb is actually 36mm, so bolting on a 38mm will affect performance somewhat.
