I didn't lay them side to side to compare but it is long enough to run it about anywhere you want and there is way more adjustment than you will ever need. I should add that my bike is a WR250 but I'm guessing the set up is the same.

Just wondering what the depth of the Lectron is - is it the same as TMXX or bigger like the older TMX?

The standard build one is longer at 93.5mm. We just got done building ones that are 85.8mm for testing (I have one here now with all my mods). The short one cost more as it takes a good bit more work / machining to make them happen. I also did some other mods. Will spill the beans shortly but those are the dimensions.

Thanks Kelly - So the older ones sit right inside the air boot ? Like the airstriker PWK must do on the 09 s
    I suppose an in-between size could work on 08 s and 09s

I had no issues installing the Lectron or getting it to fit. I just pulled the subframe, cleaned the airbox like new, installed the carb and reinstalled the frame. I left the box loose while fittng the frame and the was able to move the box back into position when frame was bolted. I used the correct clamping position on the carb.

Last I talked to Lectron they were working on a carb for the YZ125 which is even shorter/narrower than the Husky carb. He told me to give him about a moth while they did the R&D. I like the one on my WR250 so much I'd like one for my YZ

ok so after a Trip OS for a month i finally get the bike out for a ride.

now i try and start the bugger and it simply refuses to fire up, despite it idling for 15mins 2 days prior.

spark is fine, its not flooding, seems to be a total lack of fuel, we pull out the carb, pull off the float bowl, nothing seems to be wrong, put it all back together, and it starts after a few cranks, wtf.. anyway take it out, idles fine pulls clean from the bottom hits the pipe and falls off the cliff.

run for 20 mins to warm it up properly, have some lunch (20mins) and it refuses to start again, just out of frustration lean the bike over 60deg and shake and it fires up. makes no sense, almost as it the needle in the bowl is getting jammed shut,

    any ideas???
