wow even with the conversion its still close to 400 US bucks.....i will stick with my pos remnant roll out that lives in my truck bed and pretend to have that "factory look"
The hard parts catalog really is the S$%t for sure!!!

Wow, out of all of that, the only thing that seems reasonable is the 510 to 530 Big Bore kit. Like I need more power

it has the dual map ignition switch for the FI bikes, I wonder if that is something you can put on the 08's somehow.

I like the red chain too.:D

Ya we need Hall's, Tasky's or Uptite to come on board and tell.

My 07 GG 280 has dual mapping and in the slim and mud it's a blessing.

Yeah, I think GG has been doing that since at least `05.

My buddy's GG300 has it and it's like a lightswitch...I was surprised the difference was so noticeable. I had a dual-mapping switch on my 250F
but it wasn't near as noticeable as the GG's.

Can you do a 310 kit on a 250 TXC? what else can you do - is there a different ignition like Vortex or something that you can do to hop up the power on the TXC? What about switching out the parts to a TC - since the TXC has the extras to add lights...does that zap power at all?

Call Jeff at Hall's. He just put a kit on his TXC 250.

09 Only, different elec system also, at this stage non interchange with ECU either

    some other info -
Update on tank as of today from Husqvarna Development Manager,
he confirmed yet again the tanks are IMS.
However they are only in black & ARE a newer version & it appears the issues have been addressed with the previous ones, they are more expensive obviously from Husky, but for the 100 bux more i`m happy to pay to keep it in Husky & not have warranty dramas if in fact they`re not much better.

Graphics - as we know they SUCK. it appears probable the reason is the chemical that is sprayed into the wooden boxes for shipping is the cause (solvent attack - very probable) and replacements do not fall off.
I have been lucky enough to be offered the nicer looking 09 in place of my 08 claimed ones.

I`ve got the 6 day set coming for the second set of plastics, apart from the big ISDE on it (bit too racerish for me) , i think they look ok.

Only what i`ve been told, please don`t chuck rocks if i`ts wrong

Ive been told the same thing. The '08 models dont have dual ignitions. Only the '09 models. Bummer.

The big tanks look great. 3 gallons.

1 Australian dollar is .64 US cents. So that $500 Aus. part is really only $320 in real money.

I saw the 300 kit for the TE 250 and asked my local Dealer about it.. MotoTech in Boise. (he said the Parts and Accessories Cat was still in the works for the US) but he found that part. over 700 right in the range where everbody else sells them (They're all athena anyway) I also noticed an electronic part with the Kit.. is that a hotter ignition ?

Did MotoTech move to their new location yet? I was in their dealership a little over a year ago and they said they were planning on moving.

Yeah they're on Victory road now just around the corner (towards the Airport) .. They are now carrying Husaberg and Beta (I'm trying to convince them to carry GAS GAS but no luck) They are making it in these tough times with their service dept and selling Arctic cat Sleds/Quads...

could a guy purchase the 09 ignition pack and then use the switch? What are the real benefits of the dual mapping, mild and wild or what?
