I looked over everything when I did it, the pv seems to go very close to where the ring comes up but it's probably supposed to, defo not into the bore but maybe a mil or so from it, here's a badly shot video of the first start up, wish I had a tripod cam instead

Pures like a kitten its soo cute, sounds rich to me the bwwwa bwwaa before the throttle picks up. Does it surge under constant throttle openings like 24-30 mph?

not sure when you mean, when everything goes black I'm choking it and with the same hand I'm holding camera, using right hand to blip throttle if that's when? No no surging at all when riding, well, there wasn't before now! I will report back when I've had a ride, probably after work tommorow

If theres no surge or hesitation before it picks up then dont worry about it just thought it sounded rich, quiet engine tho!

A couple things. Its a very good idea to get your bike spotless before opening it up. Also use these kind of piston pin clips, so much easier. Just make sure the clip opening is faced up or down and not to the side.

Yup thats mine and i will accept offers of 1900. But put 2100 on just to test the waters really also quite a few spares n trick bits not worth my time accepting less.
Was planing to buy a yz 250 2 or 4 stroke ali or steel, so i can cut frame down reducing cg and clearance between motor n tank etc, loose about 3inches from lower top but keep geometry the same cus im short and think a trials style low frame is what the hard enduro guys need.
Basically i want another project as the 360 is doing my sweed in at the moment.

See if you can get a ride on a AJP PR5 over there. There is a lot of them running around the UK. Slim, semi low and very easy to do gnarly stuff on.

where doyou find those clips? I just recently did my 300 and that was the thing i dread doing again. Those clips in your pict would have made a HUGE difference.
