It seems to be stronger on the bottom end. When I got the Strada it already had the booster plug installed, so some of the performance improvement was due to that, I'm sure. When I put the Leo Vince on the Terra I started getting the problems that some of you have been having due to the lean burning nature of these bikes. Probably because of how much less restriction there is the engine was demanding more fuel. Adding a booster plug took care of that. Looking up the stock muffler its obvious these bikes are 'constipated' from the factory. The Leo Vince are like giving it a good dose of laxatives.
Hmm It is very tempting to go down to the muffler shop and see what they can do for me. I like the single set-up. More sound and less weight are huge benefits in my opinion.
Just looking for the squirrels in the pipe. Give a guy a sawzall and a wirefeed, and you never know what can happen. Trust me, you are better off not knowing.
I'm done for the night. I need to hang the original for the weekend. No cutting the stock stuff, it is a collector item
if you can get it linked up so it dont burn your hand your laughing looks like you will be very popular if that pays off you dynoing it? have a selection of colours and make a jig for it as you will be selling a few.
I had to modify a set of 630 Husky pipes from GPR. They didn't make much top end power (1.6HP) but the midrange is fantastic. (5.8HP) I understand GPR has finally made a direct fit set of slip-ons and a very interesting single. With the PCV and the pipes plus installation it cost about $1000. 90% of the time I think it's worth it.
I was offered a nice can at a VERY COMPETITIVE price... ARROW. Sizing (metric I'm afraid): Length of can: 400mm Oval: 125mm x 94mm Outer diameter: 52mm Do you think it might be ok to fit into Terra ?
