Right we need to play guess coffee's password to get into his account.
I'm guessing it's either Husky or Arabica.
    Once in let people mod.
I'm willing, I just float behind the scenes no one's heard of me I'm sure.
But I can vet people no worries.
Have sent emails to coffee with no response.

Didn't someone say they were only a short distance from his house?
If you have his address can I send him something with a polite grovelling letter in

Don't know. Usually though, when somebody abandons their interests like this, it's because they experienced a life changing negative chapter in their journey.

You are most likely correct DD. I just hope this forum does not just disappear into the sunset through management atrophy.
About time you posted another of your compelling rides on the site me thinks.

I guess if it all falls apart we'll have to make a new husky forum. Would suck way bad as the information in some of these threads is priceless but if it comes down to it then it is what it is.

Well all....John and myself are trying as best we can but what most fail to realize is we cannot add anyone and have no ownership type abilities. that's the rub. Also it is not our job to find Dean, what happened, where he's been, what works best for the site etc.

You guys do great! I'm sure it's a pain to listen to all the crap about mod this and that but speaking for most on the cafe it does not go under appreciated. I have seen a quite a few folks defend the fact that it is only you two and that it all takes time.

Well we'll hope it doesn't come to that, JOE & I , & tons of other on here, invested a bunch of time, including you, so it sure would suck if it got flushed.

Hi Joe; The questions folks raise are pertinent and reasonable. Particularly from people prepared to chip in and assist with the load. All term members would appreciate how hard it is with just two moderators and genuinely appreciate yours and John's efforts. That said, and with hindsight a position statement as a header pages should have been posted ages ago articulating the issues the forum is currently experiencing. That would/will assuage newbies concerns who join simply to understand the nuances and intricacies of their bikes. I must add that I have not really been fully aware of the issues and thought Coffee was on a sabbatical and that all would be well. It was only yesterday when Dirt Dame gave a bit of a heads up that I appreciated there was more at play here. I think many members are in the same boat.
Like you Joe, many of us have been long term members who have contributed, and gleaned valuable information from the site and hope for is continued and robust continuance.

    Cheers and good luck;

    Glenn.

Thanks. I need to go on another compelling ride....not that I haven't been doing rides lately....just not very compelling ones. I work full time now, so I don't get to plan as many outing as I used to.

yes....the questions, comments and offers to assist are pertinent. This does not change the fact that the owner and only the owner can add to the two of us and that is not a possibility as of now. That's the bottom line.

I'm the one who lives somewhat close to him. I don't want to be some creeper waiting at the bottom of his driveway to his property. Hopefully he comes back some day.

There are a couple in Onyario Canaa, selling things I need to fix my WR165.
Can someone take restrictions off? It makes using the board difficult and frustrating.

Well all....John and myself are trying as best we can. This is volunteer. i.e. no pay....I have a regular job and this is not it. I try to get to do housekeeping when I can here and if you have to wait a couple days than that is what it is. I am seriously thinking about just pulling the plug with all the sense of entitlement going on around here. its a marathon not a race.

Been hanging. New members need to read this thread then before posting. says like every other post why things are not "instantaneous". Just confirms the "me me me!" not feeling the love and stuff like that just takes the wind out of my sails.

No sense of entitlement from me. I absolutely appreciate what you guys do, Joe. Kudos to ya! It's just sometimes posts are time sensitive and the lag time can be frustrating. You guys are doing an awesome job, all things considered. This site is still the best Husqvarna forum on the internet.
I hope everything is okay with Coffee. I get concerned when someone just drops off the map with no checking in or anything.

    Thanks.
