I agree. I took the picture after I cleaned it up and serviced it. It doesn't look like that for long.
I used to do both, mainly more downhill stuff, still have 3 of my old downhill/freeride frames but built up a hardtail to ride with my boy, now it's the powered ride only. I was working at a job site and i saw one of the original free ride guys working his day job(Brett Tippie for you hardcore guys) He was saying all the guys that switched from MB to DB call it Mountain Boring now He said he getting back into MB'ing and is still involved doing commentary at some of the events like Crankworks in Whislter. I should get back on the bike but it's going to be my road bike for cardio and i'm lazy now
