It feels strange because I normaly wouldn't be posting about my experience with this dealer I try to keep things positive but this experience was so bad, I wanted to warn others...

Gresham KTM and Husqvarna was the dealership, can't and wont recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you like being taken For a fool, and treated like an idiot. First off They try to charge $800+ for delivery and set-up, a hidden fee yet when I told them that other dealers do not charge this they argued and said I was wrong, and once I proved it to them they said what these other dealerships R doing is illigal and could get I trouble with KTM? I witnessed other customers being talked to like they where idiots. Dealership doesn't return phone calls, I understand being busy or understaffed but tell your customer that and that you would try toget back to them as soon as possible and that their business is important, dont tell them You will call them back in 15 min. And make it 3 hours later...

Another thing is I wanted to get the bike as soon as possible, and they said they would call when they got the papers, usually 3-4 days before the bike shows up, they called 2 days after it was there? And even with my money down on the bike they wouldn't un box and set up bike until they had $$ in hand? Yet I was willing to pick up bike in crate. It felt like pulling teeth just to be able to pick up my bike! And they tried to make me feel like they where bending over backward and trying to making me feel guilty!? Then last is what I mentioned above they didn't/wouldn't re map even after being asked 5 times through out purchasing prossess, it was a case of dealer thinks they know best of customer is wrong...

Over all horrible customer service... This is my 19th bike and I have never been treated this poorly, even bought a bike from Hillboro in 13, yet sale process was way better then Gresham...

That's all I got to say about that lol... 8-)

I feel your frustration. I had a Triumph dealer kill my Tiger when I brought it in for the 12000 mile service. Absolute torture even if they didn't charge me for it, but they did and $#!+ (censored).
Before the service, the bike performed flawlessly and was perfect, but after that wrecking crew got to it. it was gone.

Canon race raft is the company that provides their springs, I believe. I called them and sent it back and got a refund, seemed Hassle free

Keep in mind a dealer for liability and insurance reasons can't sell you the bike in the crate. I've got a lot of them in the crate but it is difficult to do. A dealer like halls would never do it. For many reasons. But I here ya. A bad dealer can make the whole experience suck. I had a bad experience at a Harley dealership once and my wife and I were like wow !!! Stopped at the triumph dealership and it wasn't long I was riding a triumph! If things were a little different with Tm I'd probably still be riding one. Find a good dealership and ditch that one! That's why I drive 11 hrs one way!!! Good luck!!!

Here are a few pics of my new FE350. Rode it over the weekend a little on some local trails. I think I will love it in race set-up -
Waiting on a few aftermarket parts to get serious on it.

Nice! I like the look with no rear twilight and head light, I wana do the same for when I run my race #

Did you leave the stockbroker on behind number plate? If so u just use a spacer?

They changed the front fender for 2015 so the stock FC number plate went right on (I did take the computer off - need to make a new aluminum bracket) The upper clamp has a tapped hole that aligns right up with the number plate mounting hole.

Not that you might not be right....but there are several Husky dealers in Oregon now

    Warrenton/Astoria
    Gresham
    Hillsboro
    Salem
    Albany
    Cottage Grove.....

and it appears they intend to add more.

There are locations that could use a dealer....Bend, Medford.... someplace east.....but lining them all up in a 120 mile corridor along I-5 looks like a questionable marketing strategy to me.

Include all the KTM dealers and Austrian bike dealers are as common as Starbucks! Now if they would put some inventory on all those showroom floors a guy would have a chance to purchase based on their preferred dealer instead of whoever happens to have the bike.

Lots of good bikes available, and I recommend buying them from a dealer you like...no matter the brand.

Just did a sound test on the bike, used a Quest Technologies sound meter that is current on its calibration , and checked before use, and used the most current date from Motorcycle Industrial Councel, test is standard 20" at 45° angle test that the USFS/BLM and is used in racing (not the new max AMA TEST)

The most current drags that was in MIC was for a 14' and only the FC 350 which tests at 5,500 RPM yet they had the 14' berg FE 350 set at 4,700 RPM.

The FMF 4.1 with Mega bomb header tested at 94.6 and 95 even... Pretty good I guess... Going to re test again out in the open, won't to make sure the sound wasn't refracting of anything...

Got a good ride in this past weekend and again today, been fiddling with the clickers to get the suspension balanced. One thing I have to say, setting the sag with that plastic spring collar is a pain, and removing the shock well ... It's getting close though... With the heavy shock spring I had to slow rebound almost all the way, and am at 2 turns on high speed.

Tried a few different rear sprockets and so far I think I like the stock 52 the best.

Also had this happen to me today? Weird I have no idea how the magnet got ripped out but it was still stuck to the front rotor, but in salvageable image.jpg

    Love the bike!!

I picked up a brand new TE 300 from the KTM/Husky dealer up in Warrenton by Astoria last week. I would highly recommend giving them a look if you need a bike. Those guys were friendly, easy to work with and prices were good. No freight and set up either. Plus everyone in there is a rider.

I just got my 15 fe501 from experience powersports in Moses Lake. Awesome customer service. Second bike I have bought from them and two good experiences (no pun intended). Congrats on the new purchase, sorry to hear about the poor service.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, not surprised. I've had my share of piss poor service with a few shops around Oregon.

I too just purchased an fe350 and just hit the 26 mile mark so I'll do first oil change this week before another ride.
Seems I have a lot to learn about the brand, the bike, and the maintenance all together.
Suspension, that's a whole new mystery to me. I'll be watching and trying to learn.

    SM113, I've heard about some FE350 stalling at low revs problem (riding single/trials/rocky roads-tracks 1st / 2nd gear) .. a TPS unstable adjusting issue ... (KTM EXC 350 same problem ...) ?¿
Any hitting/hooking issues with low linkage/rear shock head ?

Actually, I'm amazed at how much "low-end" grunt that the Fe350 has. I have plans for a Rekluse, but it really doesn't need it like my 510s did. As far as the rear linkage - no problem there either. We have many, many rock strewn trails here in Arkansas and southern Missouri.
