Would you have it any other way!....... burping and weeing at the same time can be embarrassing especially in the company of others.

i think Kel's taken this tiddler to a whole nuther level. and if the maker knows it or not, he's done a lot to prop up the Brand with the countless hours and bucks he's sunk into these Husky projects. it's funny. people will see a Husky and go eeew. figure there's no way you could customise one to this point, have it still be stone reliable, make it look as nice as it does and still have it rip giant sasquatch you-know-whats while feedin them other guys stone spray sammiches fer lunch.

i give ya a lot of crap bro. but this time my hat is totally, humbly off to you, Mr. Motosportz. damn fine job.

So I thought I would update. I installed a stiffer rear spring after having TBT revalve it. I am super happy with the TBT suspension. After this and the Lectron I am so freaking please with this bike but it feels loose and old / clapped out. I replaced all the engine mounts and wheel bearings. Unbelievable how much difference this makes. I also redid my custom pipe mounts so the exhaust was more isolated from the bike. Then I took the floppy kick starter apart, regreased it and put an oversized o-ring in it and now is is slop and noise free. The engine mounts, bearings and general redoing of the bike made a HUGE difference in feel. Bike feels newish again. Tight and competent.

So at this point I have this bike almost 100% where I want it. The Motor freaking amazes me every ride. So flexible, willing, smooth, fast, really pretty much perfect. Sometime I wish it had a tad more of the bottom but really it already has to much in some situations and I hort shift it a lot. It is pretty much perfect. The Lectron is a picture of consistency and perfect metering of the fuel. Love the responsiveness and just perfect running always. Dave at TBT in Washington did a fantastic job on my shock. Bike tracks amazingly well, never does anything stupid, supple yet controlled. Hydro clutch feels sweet, Fastway pegs keep me nailed to the bike, Seat concepts seat rules, 3.6 gallon tank gets me 90 plus miles, etc.

This has been really fun massaging my $900 Craigslist junker into a fantastic $2500 bike that is setup exactly for me and works near perfect.

Thats great Kelly. Will there be a dyno test result of the 125/144/165 coming this year including the Lectron carb and FMF 200 pipe?

I don't know, not big into Dynos. I know if it runs hard or not as i have rode PILES of bikes for many years. Never had much need for those numbers as they really don't tell me anything.

I was going to do some dyno work this winter but with my mom failing and the need to spend most of my time there, I won't get it done. My work year is a couple of weeks from going crazy again so it just isn't going to happen until next winter.
