wow that was a tough one loop we did alot, took the easy way back, i was approaching critical fuel at the furthest point out.
Rob, that CA riding 3 trail must have felt like a super hiway after some of those other trails you guys ride on ..
that's the "grass track" spot.... should have seen the ugliness we descended last thurs. Ive done it up and down at least a few years back we did it down only and after we split the group just 2 of us went....its way nastier than before.
I went there a few times recently and had a great time. Bit far from Carlsbad, but probably the best, reasonably close spot for a quick rip if you want single-track. Been going solo early AMs on weekends - but I like your evening idea. Thanks for not mentioning the location... which has been getting a little more crowded over the last few years. Maybe see you out there.
