Such a polite young man! I love the tap to your friend's rear wheel and you just had to wheelie through the muddy section for the camera...classic. You were hauling some serious arse and flying off those jumps, which was best captured when you were chasing other riders over the doubles. It's amazing how much distance the GoPro puts between you and the rider in front of you when in reality you're right on his rear tire. You've gotten so much better as a rider and a hell of a lot faster. What's your secret? Bike? Riding more? Mx? Please don't tell me it's because you're dual sporting more on that beast of yours. "Thank You." "Let's go Scotty."
He is not done yet. Lap-6 I get lapped by the over all leader then pass him right back... when he missed the pit entrance. I also make a mistake and wash the front end, pretty sure this caused my camelback to come loose. Later,
I love the open MX sections. You tree racers are nuts and can have the the woods. Woods is for hunting! Awesome videos thanks for sharing them with us.
What? You're nuts for not liking the woods...single track is what its all about! The tighter and more technical it is, the slower and safer you go. Whereas, MX is fun, but you see more injuries with it.
I am nuts LOL. I joined a club here in VA where as club members we are owners. We have 100 acres in the hills with a 8 mile single loop woods track that runs all over it. Myself I stay on our MX track and a 3 mile section of woods I took my track loader and opened up to 7' wide. We have a racer (Brad Bakken) that will be giving a class this Sat. that I plan on going to just to see. At 51 I am not sure I can learn new tricks such as tree dodging but I think I will take my 08 CR125 Husky and at least give it a slow try.
Lap 7... 311 and 114 are both back in the picture for some fun and I whine about my line selection and leg cramps. There are two more laps left, you guys getting tired of these yet? Later,
I'm not. I worked a check point for the first time in a hare scramble race a last month. I only go to see a small secion of the race and it was first time at a woods race. You are showing me what goes on in the rest of the woods. Very cool stuff, thanks.
Dang Jake. That's some commentary. I'm very glad you could come out and that you had a good time. You ripped. Lap 8... I make a stupid mistake and let the 114 by then follow him until he crashes in the same corner I did. I also wave by the 311 for the win... Later,
