    That always makes me laugh.

Look at your foam filter. It's more holes than foam

Twin Air has recently developed a Biodegradable Sealant to be used on the sealing ring of a foam air filter while riding in very extreme conditions.

With a filter that is properly and evenly oiled, including the foam sealing ring, this new paste-like Sealant product stops any debris from passing through the foam filter at the contact point on the airbox and is easily cleaned with Twin Air BIO Dirt Remover or Twin Air Liquid Dirt Remover.

I have used No Toil successfully for years. Switched to the green stuff by accident (picked up the wrong bottle at the dealership)...Take it for what its worth...my head was destroyed because the bike sucked dirt. Some came from a popped airboot between the throttle body and the engine, but the inside of the throttle body and the airbox was dirty as well. I still use no toil...but only the red stuff and yes...I grease.

With all this air filter talk I pulled my freshly installed Twin Air to make sure I had the airbox/filter interface sealed. The metal flange has countersunk holes and the backfire screen some wire edges, etc... W/waterproof grease, greased the metal first, filling countersunk holes and fully around, placed backfire screen and greased it making sure to fill the channels where is wraps the metal support. Then placed filter and got a 3 tube pack of green grease ($5.99 at Autozone) to match the filters in the future
