not husky...Moto Villa!!

gone a bit slower as i had to split the fergy and fit a new clutch but she is a goer again so i sent the forks of to Radchrome and havent heard a peep from them. so on we go

so an update....it turns out the bike is an 81 model. i managed to get some power converters (gears) from Villa italia.....Neri does good work. they have plenty of stuff. i have had the bearings removed from teh engine cases and these will be sent for a good blasting b4 paint. i have disassembled the rear brakes and the plate will be sent for blasting as well. Broke teh circlip that holds the pivot side of teh shoes on (having some dislexic issue with "the" tonight) stripped the swing arm for PC ing, measured and photoed all the bolts and guides etc. bolts and chain guide plate to be sent for plating...so moving along slowly with some grunt work. will get the frame stripped of fitting shortly and will get them colored up nice like.... i have found out that 6 Villas came in to aus. 2 enduro 350's an mx 250, two 125's and im still trying to determine if a 480 made it here or not. The guy that imported them is a bit hazy on the bikes as he bought some Fantics in as well.... more searches!

full set of bearings for the motor and box..78 bucks! all std skfs of the shelf.... thank you mr Villa!! Dropped the engine cases and clutch maggy and the rear brake plate in for a hydroblast up moving right along. will get some time nxt week to strip the frame, record the bolts etc and then PCing and plating for the fasteners...now we are moving along..

frame could be at the coaters if i can get the $%#@ busted off bolt i just found in the seat mount out...grrr have removed steering races, and all bolts ready for plating..have slipped a heap of dummy bolts in to save threads from overfill and then the last bolt already has a stub in it.... on the + side, opened a box of bits from italia...neaw gear set woo hoo and some choice stickers ..big shout out to Neri Daniell from villa italia
