.small quantities of some models arrived in the US warehouse this week and should be shipped out to dealers next week. these are the 2011s that some dealers will be getting very soon, te 250,txc 250,te 310,wr 250 and wr 300.more bikes are enroute to the US at this time and will be here in a few weeks.many customers have been hoping to get te 310s. but, be patient with your dealer as they initially will not be getting as many as they hoped for.449 and 511 bikes look to be after the first of the year.at this time there is a hold up in the production of 2011 tc 250 so get a 2010 while you can.

interesting. Delays in the '11 TC 250? meaning what? Will it be spring? On the fence with a couple of bikes...my dealer has the WR 150, but I am more intertested in the CR(possibly the TC449), anybody have a timeline or is it speculative? I saw somewhere that some bikes could be pushed back as early 2012's?

The rumor mill is churning about the reason for the '11 TC250 delays. A frame cracking issue is topping the list. Battery-less EFI problems are running a close second.

Frankly, The words Mikuni and Battery-less EFI, used in the same sentence, sends chills up my spine. Bad chills. I won't be one of the first to jump on the new TC battery-less system until I'm damn sure the bugs are worked out.

Our '10 TC is still going strong despite my Son's many inadvertent attempts to destroy it on the race track!

Husky got a great head start on almost everybody by going to FI in 2008. Unfortunately they chose to go with Mikuni and took that headstart and ran the wrong direction.

    Just in time for Christmas!

I agree that the Mikuni junk Husky went with going FI is costing them customers and rapport when they don't need those kinds of issues. I thought I had my 250 sorted out but this last ride it bogged so bad off the bottom end I...........kept riding :) More iBeat work I guess. Hope these '11's are straight.

No need to look further than the 2011 WR150 that has been here since summer....OK I am biased and that 11 310 looks hot....extra ummph and lite weight....

Joe, you'd probably like the 2010 txc250. It's the lighter (125) frame and an engine that wants to be revved for power. It's heavier than your 2 smoker for sure, though. The dang EFI is just goofy. I haven't ridden the latest 2 stroke stuff yet but am starting to realize why so many folks are going that direction. Hmmmm:thinking:

So it's highly possible this frame will support swapping a 125 2t engine out for a 250 4t engine and vise versa? Is this the same frame the 150 uses?

If no word is officially coming out on the delay, it is something they wanna keep quiet about ... Seems a little strange that a single issue could effect all models except the 150 ...

Maybe sales in EU are sucking up all the bikes ... Rumor 33 just started :0)
