Last photo with the new 300 mm front forks and 2.5 in.'s (tum) exhaust system, from left over to right side.
The last mapping is a bit difficult to see on this photo ... :)
Can tell you that she now runs like a dream, both in terms of chassis and engine

Please tell us about your exhaust system! New mid pipe, and can on the right? Who makes this?

Well maybe a little more "penny line" equipment.

Okay .... nothing special, I did it myself. I bought two pieces of 90 degree bends and a 15 inch straight piece of 2.5 inch pipe ... for about $ 15 on the web here in Sweden

Then took out all the "metal scrap" "metal scrap" (3.5 kg or more), and all wool from the original muffler, welded then on both intake and exhaust with larger pipes ....

This expriment can be good or bad, in terms of engine operation and so.

Drilled since 6 pieces of 6 mm hole in the tail pipe just before The exhaust edge, so I could test and test again, and then without having to disassemble the muffler to weld back one or more of these 6 mm hole basis without damaging the appearance, to find the optimum exhaust resistance, to add that I took good space for the exhaust from the start.

As I understand it, it's become very good and the bike goes really well with the new mapping and does not sound too much.

More photos may be coming soon

Ghostbrother, you have done what I intend to do, except I will keep the exhaust on the left. My intent is to extend the full midpipe diameter all the way to the can and fab a new spigot there for the larger diameter. Then gut the pipe and install a 2" perferated pipe and sound packing as CJ and others have done. I also want to modify the exhaust tip to the full diameter and modify the spark arrestor screen to fit. Hopefully the back pressure will be about the same as before the mods and the stock settings will be OK. No JD Tuner here, just the Ibeat. Once I start whacking things up there is no going back! If it works on the FMF Q4 it should work here, and hopefully be cheaper.

Thanks so much for the info!

Ghostbrother, Your right side only exhaust sounds cool. What I would like to know is with the 300mm front forks, did you do that with just 610 spacers? Or is there more to it?

    Well XL EnduroMan...

Front fork is a brand new Marzocchi Shiver 50 mm, with 300 mm wheel travel and about 40 mm higher / longer than the original, I know unfortunately nothing about the kit to 610 that you're talking about sorry.

Photos are available and will be posted on all these changes in another thread soon, need some time alone.

For Kenneth Webb, I can only say .... Yessss..., the whole I like cheap, simple, functional.... for all cultures solutions. Welcome to the real "pennyline"

Much can be done quite, cheaply and easily, I had such a idea to rebuild the original fork, I dared unfortunately not or anything else. My idea was to extend the inner fork legs at the bottom 50 mm, not to get more wheel travel, but only to come up a little in front, then I think the bike was leaning forward too much.

Just got back from a trip to Idaho to attend FSSNOC in Kamiah. Here is a photo of the SMS630 at Seven Devils Campground outside Riggins, ID at 7,500' we could not get to the top due to snow. A great trip!

Tja.. Here are some pictures of the bike after changing the fork and some other updates.

Up about 40 mm in front and 20 mm shorter wheelbase... 1485 mm
    [IMG]
2.5-inch pipe that I made oval past the shock absorber
    [IMG]
Think about 5-6 kg stayed in the garage... or more
[IMG] The bike works better than expected with new updates

    Bazzaz works very well

The support is backed up by a chims washer to a minimum of slack.

After that I bored one about 18 mm deep hole underneath and tapped with M 10, mounted an M10 bolt with nuts and large stable tray at the bottom, works very well.

Firstly, I can easily adjust the length of the support, and I can easily change the size of the support plate.
