OH SWEEEEEET LORD !! When did that happened ??? I admit I have been busy with work and do neglect the other sites a bit.. ...But I did made an effort to follow your post for the sole purpose of… (hoping Eric will forgive me, cause I do say this with the utmost respect)…catching a glimpse at your knobbies --> I feel now like I’m the last one to the party… I’ll try to find the ride reports and details … I will never doubt again… Farther more, as the owner of THE “dirtiest” 610SM in existence it is my belief that your title should be elevated from a simple WoodsChick to the Goddess of the Trees… Truly awesome Woods, truly awesome
Thanks, ColoMoto! I'm a bit fond of the bike, myself. I've not had any experiences yet with Harley dudes on my Husky (hmm...maybe they really are afraid of me??) but I did get a very fine compliment from a grizzled old sportbike rider the other day on my way home from work. The bike is much dirtier and muddier now than in the previously posted photos... WoodsChick
Sniff,sniff...I'm getting all choked up here, Rajo... That is, by far, the best compliment I've ever gotten! Thank you WoodsChick
I know...it kinda looks like a Yamaha TW200 with that big fattie on the front, doesn't it? WoodsChick
You're hilarious, Muddy Don't feel too bad, as I never posted up a ride report or anything other than a photo in unrelated threads. The first time I rode on the knobbies was last weekend when the above photo was taken. Maybe I'll put together some thoughts and photos and post up a thread about it. I got the 5gal tank on there yesterday and I am truly frightened to ride it with it full...it's huge! I can probably make some extra cash off-loading fuel from the Chevron tankers in Richmond now. So you're going to believe everything I say from now on...right?? G.O.T.T.
The " Massasauga Enduro" took place in Welland Ontario Canada. One of the largest one day Enduro events in Canada and was the Canadian National Championship Enduro for a number of years. Here’s my first entry back in 1979 with our local team. Three Yammie, two Suzzie, me on a Can-am and Wally on his Husky. An Oldie for sure. To our other Canada members, did anyone else run the Massasauga? http://
I lived in Welland until 02, my buddy who fed me a big dose of humble pie raced the Massasaga numerous times, on a Husky 175 IIRC "Brian Fish"??? I think thats his name, it was a long time ago Might be Brian Arthur & we just called him fish LOL, I wish I had a better memory
Here is mine in Chute Lake near Kelowna, BC. I lost my licence plate up there I will try to find it this weekend
Went out to the Rio Grande river yesterday with a couple of friends. Mostly dirt roads and some smaller trails. Found this little dirt pit that someone had dug out with some cool jumps. JK on his 2000 TE 410 [/IMG] [/IMG] And me getting a little air with the Blood of Christ Mountains of New Mexico in the back ground for any Paul Simon fans. [/IMG] [/IMG]
