Hey thanks Huskyfly. I'm no artist or designer. Looked at the bike...saw the vents on side...BAM! Handguards! :)

Very nice. That fairing looks great on the bike.

I guess it's time for me to post up a pic.

My partner picked up the bike a few weeks ago for me (thanks, Hon!), and I've got two rides on it. Sweet machine. Will do an oil change this weekend.

Bob from Central Jersey Cycles installed the power-up and tuned with I-beat. Will probably have him install and fine-tune for LV pipes this winter.

Drew Smith of Works Enduro Rider replaced all three springs with lighter ones. I didn't ask for revalve or lowering since it's not my single-track machine, and I would like the suspension to have some break-in time.

My Honey installed the Oxford sport heated grips (nice 4-positiion controller), Acerbis composite handguards, Renthal fatboy mini-cross bars, Warm&Safe heat controller, GPS & battery tender power, Husky rear rack and DirtBagz panniers (the Kolpin 1.5 gal fuel pack jr. fit in the Ranger bag w/ some rags stuffed below to take up taper area).

Next will be 45T KushSprocket (backordered) and a skidplate.

After that will be SeatConcepts foam and cover (stock seat was hurting at 200 mi) and Bullet Proof Designs radiator guards.

Did a 100 mile trail ride in Big Bear Mountain, CA last weekend. The bike changes made a world of difference in all terrain sections, especially softening up front and rear to drop the center of gravity for the boulder sections. Only regret is I failed to fit rim locks front and rear and had 2 rear punctures and one front puncture during the day from the Pirelli's spinning on the rim.

I just installed a FMF 4.1 titanium exhaust with Mid Pipe along with a Bazzaz Z-Fi MX Fuel Controller and a Z-AFM Self-Mapping Kit. Excited to take it out on the twisties!

Sadly, my latest purchase was a stock license plate bracket. I got a fix-it ticket and had to put it back to stock.

Yeah, I could. I may just leave it alone. I can't come up with any mounting solution that looks good and won't attract LEO attention.

Fastway F5 pegs went on today. Set in the lowboy position it feels like a different bike. 22-3-115 is the part # for the F5 series. The listing from Fastway does not include the 630, but they do fit. There is some filing and grinding involved if putting the pegs in the lowboy position. Nothing major. These pegs are a huge improvement in my opinion.

And can't forget the ticket to 3rd and 4th gear power wheelies:

Unless you're also changing the gearing, I wouldn't get your hopes up for 3rd/4th gear power wheelies, unless I'm doing something wrong.

Unless we're all doing something wrong. You won't power up in 3rd much less 4th.

Come on think positive!!! ...ok...ok.....4th gear is a stretch, but i'm also 155lbs soaking wet. last ride on our way out to woods it was a cold morning. I was on pavement, full throttle 4th gear, sitting down, and giving the bars a good pull, bike came right up to the balance point. i was shocked! looked at my buddy and held up 4 fingers and shook my head! Wives tale? Fishing story? I tried again on the way home and could not get it to the balance point in 4th gear (but its also sunny and warm out).

3rd gear wheelies with no bar pulling at all. 3rd gear wheelies right to balance point every time. thats the only wheely gear i use. i'm not good enough to balance a wheely in 2nd gear for more than 20 feet, run out of RPM too fast. Riding buddy has the Leo Vince slip-ons and the tuner. He's the reason i bought the tuner. He could do 3rd gear power wheelies and i was struggling in 2nd gear...was pissing me off. we both have 14tooth front sproket.
sounds like i need someone to back me up here! :)

Like I said, stock gearing. 15t is what I'm running up front, not 14. That makes a difference. I've also got 35 lbs on you.

I spotted him doing 4th gear power wheelies the same day we ran into Sasquatch in the woods. ;)
3rd gear his bike does rip it up every time. Can't believe the extra snap from his small single fmf pipe. That thing barks!!
