I upgraded my 08 discs and I think they work alot better. They even make my EBC pads last longer. Great Product!!
I'd like to make the front brake on my 07 TE450 a little less grabby on technical downhills. Would the material composition in these rotors help with that or would just having a different set of pads help? Other than that, I like how strong the front brake is.
for SoCal (read, dry mostly) the rep/racer always mentioned the CM44 pads, I used them on my 04TC450 with the wave front, very good feel from the combo. Again that is mostly dry and dusty conditions, I never tried the other Braking compounds only the CM44 type. I am sure that other top brand pads are great too, but I think because Braking do all their testing with their pads/discs and calipers as well its the best way to go. http://brakingusa.com/product-OffRoad.aspx K this is your zone I hope my tech info is OK for the crew
I appreciate the input as there are a lot of choices. I'm really not sure what combos are squeak free. I do like your idea of sticking with Braking brand though, makes sense.
Just received my front and rear wave rotors today and they are bitchen, real nice quality units, installed perfectly on my SM setup. Cannot wait to see how they improve performance. Thanks Kelly!
Still available ? I don't see them on the web site - I emailed you Kelly but have had no response. Cheers...
I cooked the front rotor on my SM610 and it is warped now. I need a new rotor. Do you guys have one that will fit? It's driving me nuts... WoodsChick
Yes we even have the wave sm rotor which should last longer and resist warping as well. send me a PM for more info. motosportz mike You can also tell the story behind it !
